The DrosDel Immunity Panel (hosted by the VDRC)
In the AMP and HDP papers, we generated something approaching 100 combinations of AMP mutant strains counting individual mutations and strains with combinations of mutations. Ultimately, we published dozens of these lines across multiple studies. In addition, the Lemaitre lab has continued to publish tools related to HDPs and immunity. The number of requests for these resources by the community has been very rewarding. In my new role at University of Exeter, it became challenging for myself and for the Lemaitre lab to manage the requests for various reasons.
While we are still happy to field requests for stocks, we have also deposited many of these stocks at the Vienna Drosophila Resource Centre (VDRC) under the DrosDel Immunity Panel monicker. We hope these stocks can help to support the VDRC as a European Drosophila resource centre, and the global community. You can the stocks on the VDRC website at the following saved search: https://shop.vbc.ac.at/vdrc_store/catalogsearch/result/index/?p=4&q=DrosDel+Immunity+panel
In addition, I've prepared this cheat sheet to preview the strains and visualize the affected genes. This file is also hosted under a permanent doi at ResearchGate.

Antimicrobial peptide mutant "cheat sheet"
The AMP project snowballed into many mutations, many dozens when including combinations of mutations. To aid in checking strains in the lab, I have prepared a spreadsheet that reports our source barcode stock number for different iterations of some lines, as well as a summary of genetic markers (w+, GFP, dsRed) and PCR primers for checking the mutations. This file is hosted indefinitely by ResearchGate under the DOI: 10.13140/RG.2.2.25238.73286.
