Antimicrobial peptide mutant "cheat sheet"
The AMP project snowballed into many mutations (>15 published), and even more strains containing combinations of mutations. To aid in checking strains in the lab, I have prepared a spreadsheet that reports the source Lemaitre Lab stock number for different iterations of some lines, as well as a summary of genetic markers (w+, GFP, dsRed) and PCR primers for checking the mutations. This file is hosted indefinitely by ResearchGate under the DOI: 10.13140/RG.2.2.25238.73286.
